Known as Nuthall Park 26, the proposed development could create up to 1,525 full time equivalent (FTE) jobs for the area across a range of skills, in an easily accessible location close to Junction 26 of the M1.
A planning application is being prepared which will seek outline planning permission for around 106,000 sqm of employment floorspace, including ancillary offices, along with enabling works such as the site access arrangements. Further detailed planning applications, setting out the design and layout of the buildings, would be submitted at a later stage.
Before submitting a planning application, Peveril Securities and Omnivale Pension Scheme would like to consult with the local community.
